2025 Chardonnay, Coal River Valley, Tasmania
Hand-picked and barrel fermented, this wine was given lots of love from the vineyard through to the bottle. A nice palate feel and a great mid palate length. It has a lovely line and is made in the traditional old world style. Ripe summer stone fruits like peaches and pears combined with butterscotch, coconut, tropical characters on the nose and a lemony undertone.
