2024 Pinot Noir, Coal River Valley, Tasmania
Made using our favourite clones and low yields, our pinot noir is a lush fruit driven example of what the Coal River Valley can produce. Lots of black cherry and raspberry on the nose with hints of blackcurrant and pepper on the palate and super rich silky tannins to finish. This pinot noir will only get better with time, with its best drinking in one to five years. Fantastic with lamb, game meats, dishes with mushrooms or truffles and of course duck.
