2025 Pinot Noir Rosé, Coal River Valley, Tasmania

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes with minimal skin contact. Fermented dry, at only 2 grams of residual sugar per litre. Barrel fermented in old French oak and lees stirred for 3 months. Beautiful sweet strawberry and cream characteristics. Enjoy ice cold on a hot day – perfection!
